🎯 Daily Requirement to Make a Day Active:

Complete at least one activity per day as per qualifying criteria to make your day count!

🚴Cycling: Minimum 15 km per ride (Outdoor only)

🏃 Running: Minimum 3 km per run (Outdoor only) ⏱️Pace for running must be faster than or equal to 8:30 min/km.

🚶 Walking: Minimum 5 km per walk (Outdoor only)

🏊 Swimming: Minimum 250 m per swim

📊 Points System

🚴 Cycling: 1 point per km

🚶 Walking: 2 points per km

🏃 Running: 4 points per km

🏊 Swimming: 20 points per km

🏆 Leaderboard rankings will be based on total points earned during the challenge.

📈Activity Rules

⚠️ Multiple activities are allowed in a day, provided each meets the qualifying criteria.

⚠️ No cross-tagging activities

✅ A minimum of 15 active days is required for qualification.

⏱️ Activities must be recorded between: 06 April 2026, 12:00 AM → 05 May 2026, 11:59 PM (IST)

📱 Activities must be recorded on Strava (manual entries will not be counted)

🚫 Indoor activities (treadmill/trainer) and e-bike rides will not be counted

🏅 Active Life Milestone Levels

🌱 Builder: 15 Days compelted (You planted the habit. Roots are strong, momentum begins.)

⚡ Igniter: 20 Days completed (Consistency sparks energy. You’re no longer starting—you’re rolling.)

🔥 Warrior: 25 Days compelted (Discipline meets grit. You’ve crossed where most drop off.)

👑 Active Life Legend: 30 Days (Full cycle conquered. You didn’t just participate—you transformed.)
